Vodacom **** artist

I upgraded my contract on 30 April 2025. I took a samsung Galaxy flip 6 silver. On the 6th of august i returned the phone as the screen was folding in the middle and they sent it in for repairs. On the 27th of August i received my phone back and the screen was replaced. On the 7th of October 2025 i had to take it back again and asked if they cant look at giving me a different device and was just ignored. On the 22nd of October i received my phone back again. On the 2nd of March my phone broke again and is now in for repairs. I again asked for this to be rerplaced and am now told it is out of CPA and cannot be replaced as Samsung is a repair model, I have an e-sim in this phone that i cannot use when this phone is in repairs so the airtime is just lost. How long are they going to repair this phone . I was never advised that they only repair Samsung and do not replace. I was also not advised that i can swop it for a different device as i asked. Since i had this phone i never had it for a full 6 months but rather lost airtime and my work stood still as all my apps especially my bank is on this phone and am now told oops we cannot replace this phone because samsung is a repair and not a replace. They sold my a broken phone to start with. A bunch of *******.

Still no reply from Vodacom. Apparently even if you have many accounts with them you are still not a valued customer.

I finally got a call back from Vodacom and was told they have escalated the issue. They then sent a message to say i must collect my phone from them. The next day I received a new call saying they can not replace the broken phone they sold me as it is pass the CPA. However my contract is for a brand new phone and was not told Samsung is a repair phone as they state in their email now that it is past 6 months. Vodacom did not advise that i can change my phone before 6 months and am now told though my contract is for a new phone i must just except the broken phone because Samsung is a repair phone. Also vodacom has a policy if a new phone comes in 3 times for the same repair it needs to be replaced. My phone came in 5 times for the same repair and they refuse to replace it. I have the feeling they just need the warrantee to run out so that it is completely broken. Where is the consumer help on this? My daughter also has a phone with them and it is within the 6 month period. She requested a replacement as per their CPA regulation. Vodacom decided to fix it and then they will let her know after this it is out of the CPA time period. Who watches Vodacom. Klomp *****s. I am definitely moving all my contracts as well as my husbands. Where is the Consumer help?
