Vodacom Arrears Collection

Just would like to share my experience after having an account with Vodacom for more than 20 years. After being retrenched in January my account went into arrears. Spoke to Vodacom and made arrangements to pay monthly installments in return the number would be made available on prepaid. After 1 month of honoring arrangement number was bared for all incoming calls. Spoke to their help desk for 2 weeks and went into their stores 3 times and got no resolution. Just goes to show that no matter what, it always boils down to your just a number literally, and that once you in a fix there is no assistance. After agreeing to help rehabilitate the account Vodacom just cut the line. Now my network of contacts have no way to get a hold of me especially while I try to find new employment. Thanx for nothing Vodacom. Hope you enjoyed 20 years of my business but you will never get a referral or cent more in New business from me.

How are you going to contact me when my number for the past 25 years no longer receives calls. Your automated generic replies don't impress me at all. However if you really are intent on solving this you can contact me on ***.... Let's see....
