Vodacom area problems.
I'm completely done with your service and constant lack of customer care. Contacted vodacom expecting a call back but instead thrown to the side with an sms regarding excuses and then telling me to spend more money at some store?! I've paid for 30gb of data yet your services wont even allow me to load a google chrome page. I had a 10gb router where 8gb of my data disappeared. Thanks vodacom for yet another disappointment. Anyone who wants to get fibre or more deals I'd highly suggest not especially from vodacom. Sort your **** out please. How would you like it if I didnt pay my debit order?! Oh wait I cant because I'll end up getting a lawyer's letter etc, but you guys are clearly not providing the service in which I paid for "breach of contract". Get your act together.
