To Whom It May Concern,

After having my Business Cell phone Company for many many many …………………………………………….. many Years… I am absolutely horrified at the way I have been treated by Vodacom!!!!!!!!! On the 4 September I received an email that an Amount of R16 652,03 would need to be paid and the account and then we can move onto top up… Obviously every company has its ups and downs and we have had ours, but now I am trying to sort out this account to make a payment and them I get informed by a very Lady this morning is Business Account that I would need to pay just over R29 000 in order to use the phone account again when our service has been suspended for over 2 months????????????????????????? How do we go from R16 652 to over R29 000 Seriously…. That is like Vodacom *****ing from us, From a Company that is already battling. I am so annoyed! I am sorry but that is *****ing and I require you to please have a look at this account and be realistic! It is impossible! I need a better solution! I deserve a better answer!
