VODACOM ARE USELESS

My dad was told he owe Vodacom R6000 and when he requested a statement they failed to provide him with one , je couldn't understand why he owed R6000 due to always paying a bit extra every month, but cause he is a loyal man and always try to keep peace he paid the R6000 after an argument with a very rude lady at Mall a Carnival branch unfortunately didn't got her name she clearly had no customer etiquette. Anyway now my dad wants to cancel hes contracts and they simply are refusing, ive send the CEO an email and still nothing is being done about it. Wouldn't recommend Vodacom to anyone. Goodluck for those who unfortunately are with them .
