VODACOM ARE USELESS AND ARE *****

I am disgusted with the atrocious service that I am receiving from Vodacom regarding a refund due to me. This is a company full of useless call center agents that act like *******, they take your money happily, but continue to lie and spin webs when it comes to refunding a person. I overpaid my vodacom account that is now closed. I have send my proof of payments several times to ********** but they just cant help me with my refund. They spin lies, and promise me every day that a supervisor by the name of Molebogeng will call me back, as they are booking call back, but nothing of that sort happens. I just want my money back. Today is 14 days as per their SLA and yet no refund processed. THEY ARE THE WORST CELLULAR SERVICE PROVIDERS TO WORK WITH!!!
