Vodacom are useless

How fking stupid are the people you employ somebody phoned me to UPGRADE my numbers thst i have snd offered me 2 x new phones to upgrade my existing numbers, INSTEAD what you have done is create ANOTHER number which is NOT what our telephone conversation was aboit, it was a sumple upgrade and your dumb dumb telly callers cannot evrn get this right.. I have been with Vodacom for 24 years now AND am seriously regretting it.. This takes up my time, call minutes and patients, SORT THIS OUT NOW
