Vodacom Are Useless

If Negative was an option!!!! I have been calling the vodacom cancellation department from September 2023 trying to cancel a contract- only to be told I cannot cancel it and I need to go in the store to correct the term date. After numerous calls with the Vodacom 4U store in Pavillion I was told that I could call in October to cancel the contract. I then called in October only to be told that I cannot cancel the contract and need to contact the store which I did I was then told that I cannot cancel and can only do so in the beginning of November.

I called today only to be told that the contract was cancelled and however today my notice will be placed.

Which means that I will still be charged for an additional month.

Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
