Vodacom are thrives

So I am not happy with Vodacom once again, be careful they will rob you blind. In June I got a call from them, the lady on the call said they were discontinuing my current package and I had to migrate to 1 package up. I said as long as it doesn't cost me more money it will be OK, I was paying R550 a month, she said no it will cost less. So the next month came and I was on the new package. The end of that month came an I received a bill on the 1st of August for nearly R800. I called in to complain, the lady I spoke to told me that I unfortunately had to be billed because I used it for the month, and that fine I understand so I enquired about the old package and she told me no it is still very much available, so my blood boiled. I requested I be put back to the package she said that it won't be a problem but will only be in affected from September as it was the first and the new package was already loaded. Mid of the month I got a call from the lady who **** to me originally and she made me so angry, she **** to me and didn't even denie it. She also would not release my recordings of my call with her and wouldn't put her manager of the phone she was apparently the manager according to her. She was going to call me back to confirm I would be reverting back to my old package and I still haven't heard from her. It is now the 1st a day of September and I'm still on the expensive package. I called in now to find out what is going on because now I'm going to be paying 900 more over the 3 months than I should have, I was put on hold for a hour and now im here. I will put a stop to the payments and the agreement as you have ****** from me, trearted me like **** and caused me so much aggravation. Until this is resolved I will not be paying the account. And I will be moving to another provider. Poor service, expensive rates and horrible staff. Thank you Vodacom
