VODACOM ARE *******/GARBAGE

Sometime in late September 2019, I bought an iPhone 11 Pro online from Vodacom, the contract was about R1500 a month. The phone was delivered on 26 Sept 2019 at Outsurance in Centurion by RAM and collected on 02 Oct 2019, because I no longer wanted it.

Now, Vodacom gave me the round around for a whole month when I called to find out if the contract had been cancelled, then decided to debit R 1,500 from my account on the 25th of Oct, which they still owe, these cellphone companies play a major role in getting black people into debt in this country, 3 years later you wake up and cant find a job because you're blacklisted because of their incompetence. I called the Vodacom after sales and Accounts department today, only to be told that the refund i was told had been processed by Sthembile (agent) on the 15th or 20th of Nov, wasnt done/approved by the accounts dept, they just did it now whem i called, when i asked to speak to a manager, the agent placed me on hold and put me through to a rating service and then blocked my number, when calling vodacom back i could no longer get through as they blocked my number for ''calling too much'' imagine, the cheek of Vodacom and it's employees, **********ly debiting money from my Acc they weren't supposed to, as they already had their device, then when i call for my money back, they don't refund me and make me wait 21 days from Nov until now, December and when i called, i get this **** service, whereby the refund is only being done now (if it's even really being done) and they have the nerve to block me, for wanting answers as to why i was being strung along the whole time. I though MTN was **** but Vodacom is pure GARBAGE, you've lost a potential customer and all others that i'll share my story with at work/Outsurance and on my social media accounts.
