VODACOM ARE ******* - THEY DONT DELIVER WHAT IS PROMISED OR WHAT IS IN THE CONTRACT

No STAR!!! Have been calling them 2 times a week since July to GIVE ME THE CONTRACT THEY SOLD ME!!! no more no less - nobody at vodacom seems capable of listening to the audio recording which I have requested on virtually every call!!! They just decided they would charge me an extra R400 per month for no reason at all. This is ALSO the SECOND time vodacom has done this to me!! a couple of years ago the EXACT SAME SITUATION!!!
