Vodacom are *******!!!

Three months ago we went into a uncapped LTE contract with Vodacom with a 20 MB up and download. This is also is part of our contract with our employers as both my husband and I work from home. We have not ONCE has this down or upload speed. The best we have had in upload is 15 MB, once! we have spent hours on the phone complaining, that is a cost in its own and also loss of income. to NO avail. Calls are not returned promises are made and not kept! I was refused assistance at Vodacom, Randfontein two weeks ago because according to them we were in arrears but it was paid and had not as yet reflected but I was basically told to F*** off! Vodacom is in bridge of contract on TWO of our accounts but we are not assisted! this is THE shodiest serviced ever received from a supplier and we have been with Vodacom from the very beginning! Loyalty means nothing in actual case u are treated like the worst of the worst!
