Vodacom are *******

Vodacom installed Wifi with Vumatel as their partner and promised that they would re install at my new address which was imminent, at no extra cost. It’s been a month since my move and Vodacom are still billing me for the full WiFi service but still no re installation has been done despite numerous follow ups on the application for re installation. They promised temporary LTE but failed dismally at providing that as well. Vodacom are ******* and the worst data provider in the market place. The service is very poor and their customer relations is pathetic to say the least. They also threatened to charge a hefty cancellation fee should I choose to use another service provider. Don’t use Vodacom or Vumatel as they will disappoint you.
