Vodacom are ******* and do not refund your account on overcharges

Good day Still awaiting refund into my bank account from account closure in August I*** R377.20 was suppose to be paid into my bank account 16th September - was not R144.70 also due to be refund total of R251.90 due to me and not paid Was promised by Nomfundi - customer care 082 135 30th September this will be resolved by 10th October still no money refunded and no calls as promised by the call centre.
