vodacom are *******

This is honestly the worst service provider known to man. I have been with Vodacom for 15 years and now that I am trying to cancel my contracts I am experiencing upheavel after upheavel. They refuse to cancel my contracts stating that I have an amount in arrears but when I pay the arrears and cancel the cancellation is never done. I have been trying to cancel for three months. three freaking months of Vodacom messing me around. I am at the end of my tether.
