Vodacom are *******

If I could give Vodacom a rating of minus 5 stars, I would!

Vodacom are a bunch of ******* and have no regard of their customers wants and needs, their only mission is to ***** our money!

I have 4 contracts with Vodacom, 2 cellphones and 2 data contracts with the mobile modems. My secondary cellphone contract term ended early in last year. Vodacom just renewed the contract without my consent for another 24 months. I called customer service, they couldn't help me, I went to the Vodacom shop, nobody could help me. Eventually I was informed that I need to get an affidavit from the police station in order for them to investigate. Why could they not just investigate, because I did not consent to the renewal of the contract. And who has time to hang around in a police station? If there is an alternative, please let me know!

After learning from the whole scenario above, I made sure of when the two data contracts are expiring (one of which were also renewed without my consent) so that I can notify Vodacom to cancel the damn contracts, before they just go about their jolly way and renew it again. One of them is ending early next year. So I call cancellations, and then I'm told that I will need to wait until closer to the time to cancel, because he cannot log a cancellation. What bull**** is this? I want to cancel, I can't do VODACOM's job to phone after them all the time to cancel a contract that has reached its end! BUT, while I am on the line with the call agent, he has the audacity to offer me ANOTHER ****ING CONTRACT FOR THE LOW LOW PRICE OF R99 pm FOR 24 MONTHS. I am trying to CANCEL a contract, NOT GET ANOTHER ONE!

Get your **** together, Vodacom. I only want one contract, my main one. You guys are ridiculously expensive and do not care about your customer's needs.

After this, I think I should just cancel all contracts with Vodacom. And stop calling me to offer me more contracts. These people don't listen when a person says no, and then I have to resort to being rude.
