Vodacom are *******!!

In Sept 13 I ordered a tablet online.Was not satisfied with it,so send it back to Vodacom within 7 days. Did not use the tablet at all. Needless to say Vodacom kept on crediting my bank account with the monthly sub for the tablet for 14 months.They owe me R3600 which Im trying to get out of them from Oct last year.They are just full of excuses.Saying that they can only log this call and send an email to the accounts dep.The call centre can do anything.I spoke to over 20 people and nobody is equipt to help.Vodacom stole my money,plane and simple and now they dont want to give it back. They are real **********. They dont call back even if they promise they will. Im thingking to go to my lawers cause this is a crime. They just dont give a damn!!
