Vodacom are *****s and oppertunistic in that

I logged a HP complaint on 19 January 2017 and a quick response came back that someone will contact me. Well guess what NOBODY HAS CALLED!!!!

So i called again today to be told by Thembakazi that my line can be cancelled with emmedicate effect and she confirmed tha the cancelaiton was processed. So i spoke to Ntabiseng in the cancelations department and i was told it can not be cancelled with emmedicate effect. I then explained to her AGAIN why i want this line cancelled as i can not trust Vodacome to do the right thing and cancel as they ignored my reqeust is December 2016. she then looked and confirmed that yes it was cancelled by Vodacom as i activated services on the 27 December 2017. Well excuse my this line was cancelled and it is a data line yet you take it upon yourself to delete a cancelation reqeust just because i decided to active a pay as you go line?????????? this is utter nonsence and i am convinced now more than ever that vodacom has no interest in sorting out my query. so i can not trust this line will be cancelled, so i ask to speak to someone who can assist me with emmedicate cancelation. Then Ntabiseng thinks it is awesome customer service to transfer my call to the survey line...

I AM UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED IN YOU VODACOM, YOU HAVE ****** MY MONEY AND YOU HAVE MADE DECISIONS ON MY BEHALF I DID NOT AUTHORISE.

You can rest assured once my contract is up i will be moving go Cell C . They are cheaper than you so i will expect thsi kind of service form them and take it.. but i chose to stay with the more expensive service provider hoping for good service. Shame on me for thinking you guys cared.

Please do not tell me in your response that is a standard one that someone will call me if nobody will.
