Vodacom are *****s!!

I have 3 accounts with Vodacom and spend 7k a month. I altered a contract for my son and was promised telephonically that I could give a months notice. Now I discover that the salesperson sold me a 24 month contract 😡 Of course Voda have have not got back to me as promised in 24 hours !! Ref no :*** Vodacom I want answers !!
