Vodacom are *****s

Dear Vodacom, as usual you are *****s!!! My boyfriend opened his contract with you a couple of months ago and from the word go we have had endless issues, most of which were sorted out (so we thought) his contract costs him 1950 Pm and including mine around 2530.. His includes unlimited calls and 10 gigs of data.. She's month you decided to debit us an amount of 5512??? Are you actually crazy?? This happened a while back and as his data is finished u allow it to go into an overdraft which he had asked you not to allow from the time he opened his contract.. It then happened again and he called you making a scene to cancel the damn overdraft!!! How can u charge him an extra 2512 for extra data???!!! This better be sorted out and refunded as we are tired of you *****ing from everyone!!! I will take this further until I am heard
