Vodacom, are they worth the trouble ? !!

<p>I have decided to move from my previous cellphone service provider to Vodacom as I have only heard how wonderful they are.(something I now regret)</p> <p>I went in and got my new contract and singned and crosed all the t's when they said sorry we are having trouble moving your number.</p> <p>So it was delayed a couple of days and when I came back they said we are very sorry but the deal is now over and you will not receive what you signed for. After having a argument with a so called manager I left the shop.</p> <p>I then tried the call centre were I recieved empty promises and no return calls.</p> <p>My opinion if you're thinking to move to Vodacom think about the following: The contract is only binding from one side (which is the consumer and always the losing party) and the have millions of T's and C's and bully you.</p>
