Vodacom are theives

We are still waiting since last week 23rd July for a consultant from Vodacom to call us. Pathetic service. We have now paid for 2 months for a product that we cancelled the same day it was received. And the collection was supposed to happen 1st week of June. We are on the first of August and still nothing.
