VODACOM ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO MISLEAD THERE CONSUMERS

<p>I upgraded on the 23rd April 2016. I upgraded my package where by I was suppose to receive 2gigs of data for the 3 months of my package. When on the 1st of May 2016, I never received what I signed for, I logged a query through customer care, as all queries apparently get delt with via the backoffice. I have been calling everyday since the query was logged, and no-one can help me. The most they can do is log a further query. My query has apparently been "OPEN" and not assigned to anyone to deal with since the 01st May 2016. VODACOM ARE LIERS AND ARE PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!!!!</p>
