Vodacom are the pits

I spoke to Vodacom on 15 June 2020 to change my debit order date to the 7th as my salary is only paid on the 7th. I was then informed that should I wish to change it they will have to do a double debit as the new invoicing would have gone out by then, I informed the consultant that I cannot do a double debit (business usage thus over R6k) and that they should then not change the debit order to the 7th but leave it on the 1st of every month. On the 7th of July 2020, Vodacom attempts to double debit my account, needles to say, they have been phoning every number I owe on a daily basis with a message "your account is in arrears" yet the payment due is only due on 31 July 2020. I phoned Vodacom today, only to have the consultant tell me there is nothing she can do. When I asked for the recording of the 15th I was told to phone another number so they can check if there is a recording, now I have to suffer financial damage en poor credit rating due to Vodacom's uneducated call center employees
