Vodacom are the biggest ****mers in the world!!

My duo tablets contract ended 30th September and then when i received the invoice insurance was not listed for those tablets. when I inquire they claim i need to fill in another form to continue with insurance. Where on my contract does it say my insurance is depended on my cellphone contract and that when it ends it also automatically cancels insurance? This is how they **** people! Since to then contract and insurance are depended on each other Why were they not the ones to send communication to say your contract ended and therefore to continue with it then this is what you need to do, so meaning if I never called I would’ve never known. This must also go to ombudsman because what sort of nonsense is this that Vodacom Insurance is doing?? I filled in the form they said needs to be filled in, I sent it back and 5 days later I still have not had ANY communication. Not even an acknowledgement to my email, because they probably wanna wait till the month ends so that they can say we can’t insure your devices anymore it’s been over a month since your contract ended, contract that has nothing to do with insurance.
