Vodacom are the biggest Data & Telecommunication ******* in South Africa

Guys, please watch out for Vodacom. They are the biggest ******* when it comes to data and telecommunication in South Africa. I've (tried to) cancelled a data contract in October 2021. The consultant supposedly couldn't confirm that the cancellation will go through or furnish me with a reference number - I had to wait for an sms to confirm it. Fast track 6 months later, further attempts to cancel and still no sms. When I phoned Phile now at the cancellation desk, she put the phone down in my ear!!! I would like to know if they are going to REFUND me the money they stole by just ignoring pleas to cancel my contract? And if there is by some miracle someone working at Vodacom that can cancel the contract?? #DontTrustVodacom #VodacomAre******* #BadCustomerSerivce
