Vodacom are still squeezing me

I m Robert i m still not satisfied with vodacom decision. they are pressing me they are demanding R 1 400.00. in two month as i m talking i paid half of the amount last month.and it look as if they didn`t consider my concern .I m still not satisfied with the decision will u pleas help me.i don`t want to pay because it is not my problem. IS VODACOM`S PROBLEMS
