Vodacom are *****sters!!! Anything for a quick sale

If there was a zero star rating you would get it!! I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for years! I have multiple contracts with you at the moment. At the end of July 2023 i called in to cancel 2 contracts that were due for an upgrade as i wanted to rather save the money and purchase an apple watch. The gentleman in the cancellations department convinced me NOT to cancel but to rather upgrade both contracts and in turn he would give me 2 vouchers to the value of R3 500 each (R7 000 total) and that i would be able to use these on takealot and buy the watch that way.

Here is where it gets messed up. He tells me that these vouchers will be activated on the 15th of August 2023. We are now on the 8th of September 2023 and there are still NO vouchers. I spoke to numerous people who said that actually it takes up to 2 months to activate which means this individual misrepresented the offering just to make a sale which i find utterly disgusting!!! I have tried following up on countless occasions but get sent from pillar to post which makes me wonder if these so called vouchers even exist. Seems like an absolute **** on Vodacoms part. I then get given a number for RewardsCo who are so understaffed and so useless its not even funny. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for a human to answer the phone just to be told Vodacom actually directed me to them in error.

I WILL blast this all over social media. People need to know that Vodacom are the biggest *****sters out there. I will be cancelling all my contracts and don't expect payment from me either.
