Vodacom are *****ing from me

I live in Three Rivers Proper so not rural and the network connectivity is so bad that Vodacom keep sending messages that they cant get hold of me and then they mark my complaint as resolved??????????I have an account queries which I cant get resolved even after multiple visits to the outlet and umpteen promises from Romeo and Neo at the branch yet I get this as an SMS "as a result we have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure you and your loved ones continue to receive a world class experience (sic) " but our price increase has been implemented. First world countries give you credit when the service is down here they up your fees???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
