Vodacom are sharks. Very quick to take your money but very long to cancel anything. I've been trying to cancel a recurring data bundle for 2 months. I am guaranteed it is canceled and when you look it is still there on your account and you are still paying. When you call them you get put throw to a large number of people before so call being helped. You should be able to do it on the App but that does not even work. It gives an error.
