Vodacom are ****bags, lairs and *******!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! 5 months waiting for my fiber line having to call 3 times a week and being told different stories and being **** to so many times. Now its active an they want to charge me for their incompetence! I am so tired of retelling my story. 5 months of loss of income and now they say I owe them?!?!? For what? Lying to me telling that I'd have internet in 10 working days, selling me a contract you could not stick to? Waiting one month just to have to redo my order again? telling me the interim solution would be sufficient to start my new job when it wasn't? having to have the line reinstalled 2 times, ruining my wall and destroying my property meaning i lost my rental deposit? Promising to call me back and never doing so for 5 months? Having 5 men showing up without an appointment, identification, my details or contact info and putting my security at risk? Disrespecting my house and ****ing all over my floor? Not showing up for appointments and having to have me chase your team around town? Promising me the fiber would be ready in 1 month and free interim access but then taking 5 months and trying to charge me for it? Disrespecting my experience on the phone. What about the 3 hours a week for 5 months of study time lost because I had to keep calling to find out what was going on? What about the fact that i lost 5 months of income because of your lies? What about the stress, anxiety and depression I've been through trying to make it through 5 months with no income? You seem to have forgotten that attached to the account number and profit you make is a very real person a person who has been suffering a great deal at your hands. People are what makes you business. And we deserve respect. I refuse to pay this insulting bill. I'm paying for my monthly contract and that is it. As soon as there is another provider in my area I am cancelling my account, until then you have me against a wall but that doesn't mean I'm going to bend over and take it.
