Vodacom are sale-chasers and liers

Vodacom has about 21.1 million customers and I know how that was achieved. Vodacom is willing to do ANYTHING for a sale and the main tool they use is EMPTY PROMISES and then you just become a number, so they stop making you a priority.

I signed up for the Vodacom Fibre deal which promised me a 200 line and a UPS system. My Vodacom line was installed. I ran a speed test and and noticed I was **** to, I had a 100 line. I then called to rectify that, the agent "assisting" me made my Fibre offline so I no longer had an internet connection. She said she would escalate the issue and gave me the SR *** on 24.11.2021. I has been a week and I still have no internet connection. I call these sale-chasers everyday and all they do is apologies and ask me for the SR number AND DO NOTHING. Everytime I enquire about the UPS, I get a text indicating that it will be delivered in 72 hours... It's been 2 weeks and I still get that generic text when I follow up, what a joke. I call the sale-chasers everyday and I have complained on their Facebook page and ABSOLUTELY nothing has been done. I have been **** to because I'm not getting what was promised to me when the sale was made. I hope I am not required to pay the installment because I would have no idea what I'm paying for.

Once the sale was made, I became irrelevant to Vodacom. This is not right, I'm willing to take all the necessary steps for justice against big corporations who just make people statistics and don't have the decency to deliver the service which they promised to. IM APPALED!!
