Vodacom are ****s and ******* !

Vodacom are *******! Upgraded a data contract online and was promised it was a month-to-month contract, only to be told 3 months later I'm on a 36 month contract! Yet the consultant knew they do not offer month to month contracts. Spoke to a different consultant in the cancellations department in October who promised to reduce the data and subscription charges and throw in a smart tab if i remained on for the the full term, only to find out today that the deal was never logged onto the system!

Also struggling to get refunded on a fiber contract that i signed up for online, and the service as never installed. As the service provider they very quickly take your money, but cant refund you when the service is not delivered.

****s and *******, this is how they dupe innocent people and ***** from them! Vodacom is currently the WORST service provider!
