Vodacom are ********s!

Vodacom handed me over to attorney, they have red flaged me without any comuniction. In 2020 I got in contact with vodacom via FB chat, because of a debit order that they diducted, I informed them that i have never opened an account with them and that they will need to close the account en refund me that money, die consultant on the chat said they will investigate and come back to me, which they never did!! I am unable to request for finance because of the flag on my name...I have spoken the Vodacom and said I will have to deal with their attorneys TS leagal, I cant get hold of them as their numbers don't work! VODACOM IS A BUNSH OF ********S WHO OPENS ACCOUNT WITHOU YOU KNOWING IT !
