Vodacom are robbing me blind!!!!! NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM if you are planning to cancel an account EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

When my phone was ****** 6years ago, I phoned Vodacom to cancel my Vodacom cellphone contract, but continued with my data contract, which is has a different number. About six months ago I phoned Vodacom again to cancel my Data Contact because we are planning to emigrate and I need to stop all my debit orders that is a necessity at the moment. To my surprise and utter shock, I found out that the contract I cancelled 6 years ago is still open and apparently I am still paying for it without receiving ANY emails or invoices for that amount. I thought it was a mistake on my side so I stayed calm and continued to cancel ALL my contracts with them. I DID try to do the cancellation IN THE SHOP at MENLYN but apparently you can ONLY do cancellations telephonically......which is absolutely absurd!! After that phone call in June 2023, the person on the other side ASSURED me that everything is fine and I have no more contracts with Vodacom! This is NOT the end....unfortunately..... Capitec usually informs me if there's a debit order going off from my account more than the amount of R1000. Shockingly , I received a message in November, stating that Vodacom has deducted via debit order, an amount of approx. R1600 and when I looked at my bank statements.....which I should have done from the start, I realized that Vodacom are STILL deducting money from my account EVERY month!!!! I went back to my Gmail Inbox just to make sure that I haven't missed any communication from Vodacom, but INDEED found NO EMAILS from them to INVOICE me or ANY INFORMATION about my account. \ So I phoned them A THIRD TIME TO TRY AND CANCEL and now my blood is pumping with frustration, anger and hopelessness!!! And after speaking with a person who I CAN BEARLY HEAR because of his bad articulation AND because of the extremely loud background noise, he told me that he can do NOTHING to reimburse my money, but he will indeed cancel everything AND that he can ONLY CANCEL IT AFTER THEY DEDUCTED NOVEMBER's PAYMENT and he can also do nothing about that! As soon as December ended, I checked my bank account hoping and praying that Vodacom has FINALLY stopped deducting and *****ing my money, I was relieved to see that they stopped the debit order. But, sadly THIS IS NOT THE END!!! The past week I have been phoned three time by Vodacom's Debt collectors ...VVM who says that I owe Vodacom a R100 and I need to pay it or else I am blacklisted!!!!!!! I have NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW HOPELESS AND FRUSTRATED I FEEL!!!!! I phoned Vodacom for the FOURTH TIME TO tell them to PLEASE EMAIL ME A CANCELLATION CERTIFICATE ........just to hear the operator asking me ......WHAT IS A CANCELLATION CERTIFICATE?????? I have no words.......excepts for the following

NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM!!!!!!!!!THEY ARE *****S!!!!!
