Vodacom are respoffs

in January 2016, I took out a cellphone contract with Vodacom in Simmonds. I was given 2 cellphones SAMSUNG GALAXY J1 ACE. <br> 1. my debit order was returned unpaid because they took it on wrong date<br> 2. I activated yhe sim and the airtime disappeared, called the call centre to be advised that it the cell phone updates<br> 3. February, I got the airtime and there were no problems<br> 4. March, no sms to confirm airtime...I called their call centre on 10 march 2016 and they confirmed that my airtime is taken by lushbox company. which we never activated for.<br> <br> im very upset that im paying VODACOM monthly and they are not honouring their deal with me. The operator informed me that my cellphone number *** is recycled. <br> <br> I have not received any my airtime and want to be reimbursed. im sick of cellphone providers having no respect for us as general public. we work hard to have the good things in life. but what VODACOM is doing is WRONG! They are REAPOFFS
