Vodacom are Red Devils
Phoned by Vodacom to upgrade. They are offering an excellent package with a free handset. I explained that I don’t need a handset as I have an iPhone. They told me I can then give it away, do whatever with it. I asked several times whether I will have to pay for this handset and was told NO. Handset arrived (and is still in its packaging) and I received an invoice. I DO have to pay for the handset and I have a package with NO data per month. Then the calls to Vodacom started. I should have returned the handset within 7:14 working days. I asked, why would I want an Android if I have an iPhone? Why would I want a contract with no Data? I have been with Vodacom for over 20 years, perhaps it’s time for a change.
