Vodacom are proper idiots

So i chnaged a debit order date, the consultant advises me how to go about it. So when u follow what he told me. I have the debit reinstated but then they freaking double debit my account without notifying me. So i have been on the phone with 3 idiots and everytime i get a new story. They all dont know what the hell is going on and are messing up my account. They don't even show any care when i said i would put this report up. Well now its out in the open and i need this resolved!!!
