Vodacom are pathetic!

Purchased R50 airtime, the money went off my bank account yet I haven’t received the airtime and this was last week Thursday. I have been calling vodacom over and over again they keep saying 48 hours the query will be resolved. What utter **** is this?! They took my money yet they haven’t sent my airtime and now I just f**king call them over and over again wasting more airtime to get what I paid for?! All the consultants are useless! They rude and unhelpful! This is theft!!
