Vodacom are only happy to take people's money but don't take responsibility when they owe people money.

I have been waiting since 2021 for resolution on this matter. Vodacom owe me in excess of R24,000.00 and keep avoiding me. I have now cancelled my contracts and they still have the cheek to charge me over R7000,00 per month. When will this ever be resolved. Vodacom take no responsibility and don't care to resolve this. The most useless service provider I have come across after being a subsciber and loyal customer since 1994. Absolutely disgusted.
