Vodacom are Non Chalant to complain and think that I am a Idiot

I am still waiting for feedback from Vodacom. They promise to contact me... but that seems to be a lie. If they think that I will let this go without a proper explanation.. it is not going to happen. The next step is a ***** case against the company and that will be addressed to the CEO of Vodacom
