vodacom are ****mers and I want my money back !!

I've been having a problem with vodacom for the longest time ,I I took a phone on contract with vodacom 2021 for 2years (24months) years it was an iPhone 13 mini I was paying around R750 to R800 including insurance ,I was receiving minutes and data ,they started overcharging and explained the contract was an open line I asked them to change that ,I paid the phone until the contract ended ,I called their service providers to cancel the contract and even end/cancel the data and minutes they said they did so ,I started receiving emails that I'm being taken to lawyers and I ddnt know how , they said I owe R11 000, I paid it and still urged they cancel the contract they said they did but after 6months again they said I owe R6000 I paid again that R6000 and made sure I go to my nearest vodacom store to cancel this in person today I got another email saying they are sending me to their lawyers and the amount I paid vodacom is R20 000 when I calculate ,how it got to there I still don't understand cause they kept promising me they ended the contract I don't even have that phone or simcard in my possession now as we speak
