Vodacom are ****mers

I'm Busisiwe Sithole I've been with Vodacom for decades now,but what Vodacom is doing now is really a ****. They called or mislead me end of November telling me that I'm not using the night owl minutes and the data so they going to convert them to day data so fromR1800 that I was paying they will make it R1500 as from December 2025. So when I get the statement now it says I must pay 2700 how come when I call them they take me from post to post I can't get Hold of them any more. I need help I was paying 3700 last and again this month my bill is high again I can't take it anymore they are ****ming me Busisiwe Sithole *** ***
