Vodacom are Magicians

<p>Vodacom are brilliant at making stuff disappear.</p> <p>I was promised data to recur every month. This has not happened. (Data has disappeared)</p> <p>I was given other free data (set to expire in 2020). This has disappeared.</p> <p>Got free airtime in December, set to expire the next day - it disappeared (according to the consultant I used Vodacom data whilst connected to my wireless internet at home - Vodacom must be magical to use data when my mobile data is switched off).</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get hold of Vodacom since 08 December, and they too seem to have made a disappearing act. No one has responded to any of my Facebook Messages, Tweets, or emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very disappointed with Vodacom, 3 months intoa new contract and this is the service I receive?It's just not right and is unacceptable...</p>
