VODACOM ARE *****, AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO LOCK YOU INTO A CONTRACT
Good day I am here to advise on the Terrible service that I have received from Vodacom. I was going to cancel my 2 contracts with Vodacom (which I have been with for more than 20 years) but was convinced to take a smaller package and a discounted data package, also this package came with a R1000 voucher. It has now been 3 Months, and I have not received my vouchers, despite numerous calls to Vodacom and being given the total runaround, because no one knows anything there. Also the discounted data that I took on my contracts has not been given to me. I am so disappointed in the lack of service that I have received, I have been leaving messages even for the Managers of the cancellations and upgrade departments, but not even the managers have the courtesy to return the calls.
Why was this reversed??? Who reversed it???? I never asked for my upgrades to be reversed, and if it was reversed, why am I getting the airtime according to the package. Surely then I would not be getting the allocated airtime. As per my heading. Vodacom will do anything to skip on the products (VOUCHER) they offer you to get you locked into a contract.
I will be phoning Vodacom right now, to cancel this contract, seen as though it is so easy to reverse a contract without my consent.
This is the way a customer of over 20 years get treated......... GREAT STUFF VODACOM TEAM!!!!!!
