Vodacom are ***** and theives! Avoid them at all costs

I have been having issues with the VodaCON network since the 23rd August 2018. I Despite living a block away from Vodacom's Turffontein Primary tower, there are days when the signal is so bad that I can't even make or receive calls. I have complained to VodaCON many, many times and they keep blaming it on load shedding. There was no coverage last night yet there was also no load shedding, in fact your network goes down without load shedding all the time... how do you explain that VodaCON? WHY DON'T YOU STOP LYING AND JUST FIX YOUR TOWER YOU PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A SERVICE PROVIDER! AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP SENDING SMS's, PICK UP THE PHONE AND PHONE ME TO EXPLAIN WHAT'S GOING ON! I PAY OVER R2000 A MONTH, THAT IS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
