Vodacom are ***** and cheats, there is no customer service at all

So yesterday I logged a review here explaining how Vodacom is stuffing me around for like the 9th time since I opened a contract with them, they responded here on Hello Peter saying someone will get hold of me, I received one call from Vodacom today and it was from a private number with some guy trying to sell me a lenovo laptop contract. Then I receive the below SMS and nothing has been resolved.

This is beyond unacceptable, they are *****ing me out of an upgrade that I am due for, my contract states 24months, and I have had the phone for 2 years they told me I upgraded twice in one year this never happened they are lying or sourcing incorrect info and state my upgrade is only due May 1st 2021?

I will now seek legal representation.
