Vodacom are LAIRS!

I got a call from the Vodacom call centre to convince me to upgrade. The call centre agent said he was offering me "today's special" but when I Googled the phone that was the normal going price. Worst of all this agent **** to me to get a sale. When I asked about the specs of the phone he said 2 gig RAM and 16 gig on board memory. When I got the phone it was exactly half: 1 gig RAM and 8 gig on board memory. I never would have taken the phone if he had told me the truth. And this is why I have not upgraded yet , because Vodacom are big fat ***** and their service sucks!
