Vodacom are *****ing from me!

Vodacom has been billing me an extra R 1400 plus per month for Entertainment Services and a Computer that was returned. I do not subscribe to any entertainment services and only use my phone for work. Every person we speak to is working from home and repeats the same stupid statements over and over. Promises to send information and give assistance are never realized. You cannot access the accounts department and explain this to someone with a brain. There is no help other than stopping paying for the service and hoping that will propel them to action.
