VODACOM ARE *****S

Vodacom has debited me over a year for a contract i no longer have. It seems the debit has stoped because there was constant complaints from my Side, however the money that was debited which was unauthorised was not refunded to me, the consultant advised me that he can only refund me for 3 months , and the rest he can't do anything about.

This is ridiculous, when taking out the money there was no complaints, but putting it back seems to be a huge issue, neither have they refunded me for 3 months or the full year they have debited.
